Attorneys at Law “Gromov & Gromova” is a Ukrainian law firm built around strategic
legal work, attorney-led decision-making, negotiation experience, procedural discipline and practical understanding of business realities.
We advise clients in Ukraine and in matters with an international element where Ukrainian law, commercial objectives, state regulation, documentary evidence and the practical conduct of counterparties, authorities, investigators and courts must be considered together.
Our model is based on direct involvement of the firm’s leadership in key decisions. This enables us to maintain quality, avoid purely formal delegation and provide the client with a clear, consistent and controlled legal strategy.
We are not designed as a mass legal service provider. For each complex matter, we build the appropriate working configuration: practice leadership, attorneys, lawyers, certified mediators, consultants, translators, experts and other professionals engaged according to the client’s objectives.

Strategy
After the initial assessment, we define the objective: negotiation, settlement, defence, litigation, administrative complaint, recording of a violation, risk minimisation or preparation for conflict.
Documents
We prepare contracts, letters, claims, complaints, applications, lawsuits, motions, legal positions, opinions and other documents. Every document must serve a specific function:
