We see a dispute not only as litigation, but as a situation requiring the right resolution strategy. Not every conflict should end in court. At the same time, not every negotiation is safe without a strong legal position.
The firm’s partners are certified mediators. This allows us to combine attorney experience, negotiation strategy and alternative dispute resolution tools.
Mediation may be effective where the parties need to preserve business or personal relations, confidentiality, speed of resolution and the ability to agree on a flexible solution that a court may not always be able to provide.
